ACX1 Music celebrated its free music launch event this past Memorial Day Weekend, bringing together an eclectic mix of entertainers in music and comedy for a vibrant party on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The festivities were hosted at ACX1 Studios, located at 1 Atlantic Ocean, Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The event featured an appearance by Gina Thompson, renowned for her 1996 hit “The Things That You Do.” During the event, Keri D. Singleton, President of Entrigue Magazine, had an insightful conversation with Thompson about her upcoming project. Reflecting on her performance, Singleton remarked, “A pretty dope performance set, definitely a highlight of the show for me.”
Adding to the excitement, Judah Priest of Wu-Tang Clan delivered a powerful performance. The event also showcased Camille K, a talented young singer and guitarist from the Philadelphia area. Camille, who gained significant attention from her appearance on "America's Got Talent" (AGT) in 2022, captivated the audience with her unique blend of vintage rock and deep R&B influences.
Independent artist Firenation Flamez was another highlight, delivering a strong and energetic performance that kept the crowd entertained. The event saw performances from other popular independent and local artists, making it a memorable celebration of music and community.
